Krzysztof Rembowski was born on 5th August 1952 in Częstochowa. A graduate of Physical Education in Wrocław - master's degree of sport, coach of athletics of the II class. He completed postgraduate studies in organization and management of Physical Education Academy in Poznań. Graduate of the extramural studies at the Higher Officers' School of Mechanized Armies in Wrocław. Teacher of the defensive preparation, education for living in the family and the physical education. The propagator of the sports-defensive competitions, the sports shooting and the qualified tourism, the instructor of the sports shooting. Social activist of LOK organization, WOPR organizations and Social Committee for Restoring Old Koszalin.

 1. II Vice-Education Superintendent carries out tasks in accordance with the competence specified by the Education Superintendent.

2. In the absence of I Vice-Education Superintendent at the Education Office, the scope of representation of II Vice-Education Superintendent extends to all the roles and responsibilities of I Vice-Education Superintendent.
